Very helpful routine when you have to overlap two circles for example in fitting cylindrical columns of bridges.
You have the theoritical center and radius of the circle. Then you survey three random points of the circular mould and you have "on the fly" the declination distance and azimuth, informations that you need to put the mould in the exact (theoritical) place.
